Dock Area Profiles¶
Dock Area profiles are saved Dock Area configurations. They let BEC restore a useful GUI workspace with the same docked widgets, widget settings, profile metadata, quick-selection state, and screenshot preview when one is available.
Use profiles when a beamline workflow needs a repeatable GUI setup, for example an alignment layout, a motor-check layout, or a scan-monitoring layout.
